Religion debate from Kit's thoughts

EarlPenda, if 'we' cannot have our own truth, then neither can you, so you shouldn't try and force it onto others. Doing so is not an act of love, it is arrogance.

Love needs to be shown, not dictated.

But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness; But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.

It's not my truth. It's absolute truth. God's truth revealed in the scriptures.

It's not arrogance because it's not about my being right. It's about the living God's being right.

I DO NOT CARE. I'm not here for your sermon, I'm here to discuss micronations.

Are you the living god, EarlPenda? If not, then don't presume to know for everyone in which scripture, if any, truth was revealed.

We are wholly convinced through the revelation of the Holy Spirit, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the testimony of Christendom, that the sacred scriptures are the most supreme and absolute truth.

But, forsooth we have not required you (nor has anyone) to read what we have written. Surely no one has compelled you to read our "sermons". And truly no sermons have been produced, but we have been sure to provide an adequate apologetic in defense of the holy faith when and where it is attacked. For surely we are not a religion of imbeciles and blind men, but have seen and heard the testimony of Christ from the Scriptures, in the sacraments, and in the Lord's ministers thereof scattered abroad.

But the living God has vouchsafed absolute truths to us from the holy scriptures.

Do you deny other religions or similar beliefs?

Surely you know, that I cannot accept the heresy of pluralism, so surely I deny that which contradicts the word of God.
